So John and I are buying a scale.  My parents have one.  Lots of people have them.  I have never had one.  But the day has come!  I realized the other day when I was being weighted at the chiropractor that I am still gaining weight even though I'm not pregnant!  No wonder I felt better when I was nine months pregnant!  The first thing I ate today was a chocolate chip cookie.  Even I must admit that's probably a clue. My back has been hurting since I was pregnant and I finally got up the guts to go see a chiropractor- yes I was scared.  It isn't so bad!  Now I'm trying to get my back to stay where it's supposed to be.  When it gets misaligned my sacrum tilts in and my left leg feels like it's longer than my right.  I'm learning all these new good things.  So hopefully I will get my back in shape and then get back in shape!  I don't care too much about being in great shape but two things are inspiring me.  1- My ...

So you-know-who is about to turn 2 and I don't mean Voldemort!  I can't believe he's not two already, but on the same hand I can't believe this day is actually coming for real!  My sweet cuddle bug is screaming and refusing to follow directions so you know he's two.  He can't say no but he can say Jdyes so anytime he hears someone say no he quickly argues YES, even just for the sake of argumentation.  He says "nnn" for "no," I hope  I'm not deeply diabolical to get a kick out of hearing Thomas and Spencer go back and forth,  nnnn.  yes.  nnn.  yes.  nnnnnn.  YES.  NNNNNNN.  YEEEEEEEEESSSSS!
