In keeping with tradition, now that I am in the third trimester we have moved! Across the street. And we are trying to unpack and "settle in" as MariAnn called it. I hope you are settled in MariAnn, and I hope to feel settled too soon. We are quite satisfied with our relocation decision and I for one am looking forward to decorating the boys room! How fun does that sound? To have two boys? I know, I know, how can I even pluralize boy without some trepidation. Well let me have my fun because I am ready to look on the bright side. No guilty looks at my husband as I enter the house, my arms laden with packages of delightful girly clothes and paraphernalia. No, not yet. I am not ready to spend my lack of fortune on a daughter. Instead I am planning to run around chasing little boys and dirt and wreaking havoc while we are still renting.
Quote of the weekend, "Mommy happys?" Thomas is learning to add "s" to words. Yes- we are in the homestretch! Less than 2 months of pregnancy to go and Mommy is happy!
Here's a copy of our new address letter sans address that I emailed out to a few token family members and friends. If you would like our new address just email me or comment with your email and I will send it to you.
Thanks for reading and happy September!!
Dear Family and Adoring Fans,
John and I would like to formally announce and otherwise proclaim to each of you individually (but that would be a waste of time) that we have moved. Across the street. Hereafter, please mail all packages, cookies, and other miscellaneous items including chocolate to the address below. We wanted to make this announcement advantageously before our birthdays and Christmas arrive.
Here is our new address:
John and Paige Wilson
yada yada yada
For those of you who wonder why the new address is almost exactly the same as our old address please see above where I said we just moved across the street. A huge thanks to those of you who already knew this information because you helped us move.
We are happy to have moved to a 2 bedroom apartment which is smaller than our 3 bedroom apartment because we are trying to save money and savor the days when we are NOT rich. Which days will be in the future. Yes I have a crystal ball. No you may not use it. It's great to stay in the ward, and to have the same landlord. Overall everything about moving except the moving part has been very enjoyable, and the only difficulty we are having is finding new places for all of the stuff we have collected thus far in our marriage.
Since this is an update I will mention that John is doing very well beginning his Masters in Information Systems Management (looks impressive, no?) and Thomas is also being impressive mostly by learning new words and getting into things like Ajax, mommy's make-up and the DVD player. This is a quite demanding semester but John is (hopefully) equally dedicated and he's already put in hours of reading in. He is also enjoying his work experience at BYU Broadcasting. It's a wonderful time to be in school, and we are grateful for he has a steady job where his talents are recognized. We are all healthy and looking forward to having a baby boy at the beginning of November if he doesn't come on Halloween. We don't have a name picked out yet but that doesn't mean we're not excited.
Thank you for reading this! Have a great day!
Paige
